Reached out to the company on June 15 through their website. Got a quick response from James. He came to check our waterfall a few days later. James spent a lot of time with us checking out the pond and suggesting what we could do. He offered to come back and do a compression test the next week. But, a month and 2 unanswered emails later, no replies. We really liked James and felt like we had finally found someone who offers pond maintenance and not just new installs. Daily Lawn & Landscaping was perfect for our home! Great service and attention to detail. We had 70 trees planted and we are so happy with the results. James with Daily Lawn & Landscape just finished up an excellent job reviving our water feature. It ended up being a bigger job than initially expected and James did not disappoint. He put extra effort into making sure the job was done right. My husband and I love what he did with it and will be using him yearly to keep it looking good. He is very kind and easy to work with.
Had an initial consult 27 May and spent an hour with James going over all the desired work. Never received an estimate or return call. After many months, I was finally able to get back in touch in AUGUST and he had no record of the initial visit or the sketches he had done. Very apologetic so I agreed to reschedule for 8 Aug. He called me an hour before the appointment and asked to reschedule for the next morning. Then he never showed. Very unprofessional. Giant waste of my time.
We had Daily Lawn & Landscape aerate and seed our yard and they did such a fabulous job! It hadn't rained much before we sought out these services, so we were concerned the aerated holes would not be deep enough but that wasn't the case at all. They were timely and professional, and the owner was super friendly! We plan to call them again and would recommend these services to anyone.
