My mother has been a subscriber to this paper for approx. 30 years. Due to unfortunate circumstances, she is a recent amputee- above the knee amputee. Her carrier is aware of her needs. We have talked to circulation and still are having problems . We have trimmed her front bushes near the sidewalk, moved our cars, made sure her front porch light is on all night, and her paper is still left at the end of her driveway!
