Horrible delivery service. Previously, they hired local people for home delivery, then in typically American fashion, sub-contracted the service to an outside contractor. A dismal failure. One day delivery will be at 4:30AM, the next at 6:30AM, the next at 7:30AM and the next, not at all. When you call 'Customer Service,' the woman will tell you she doesn't even know the person who delivers your paper, but rather she must now call the sub-contractor. Just ridiculous!
