Please STOP putting coffee in a chai when it wasn’t asked for from all chai drinkers PLEASE STOP I cannot drink coffee at all and I’ve had numerous drinks ruined because there’s an assumption I want coffee when I specifically order a chai it’s really upsetting that only half of the staff here asks if there’s coffee in it I’d order a coffee if I wanted a coffee i can’t tell you how many drinks have been tossed immediately because of this behavior it’s wasteful and lazy
I love the daily habit brand. I enjoy their coffee. Every time I come to this location on country Holmes, they give me the wrong food. It really ruins my morning. The first time I was late to work because I had to wait to get their attention to get a new sandwich. The second time I got all the way to work, bit into my burrito and it has bacon and sausage in it. I was supposed to be a ‘rustic veggie burrito’. I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Very horrible at making drinks and have forgotten cream in my drink multiple times. I have tried to request an issue for refund multiple times aswell since the drink doesn’t even taste good it’s just syrups and it’s overly sweet.
Only coffee stand I buy from at this point. The morning girls have never served me a bad coffee. Haiden in particular has went above and beyond in the customer service aspect as well as quality and consistency of every coffee she makes. I forgot my wallet up north one afternoon and she still served me. I paid it back don't worry. All said and done, I will continue to be a regular here.
