Arranged my whole Saturday around an appointment here and drove a good distance because of the good reviews. They lost my appt and told me I could spend my time waiting around for someone to come in. Didn’t offer anything to incentivize a return or even take ownership of their mistake. Very disappointing.
From the beginning, my appointment was shuffled between nail techs, and the one who showed up was about 10 minutes late. I thought I would receive great service for a manicure and builder gel to rebuild 3 nails that had broken off, but instead I was given gel-x, which, after 3 days, looks like glorified press-ons, and the manicure consisted of sanding off my cuticles. Was nice enough to help me fix some broken nails but was one of the worst end results of a pedicure I've had in a while and not relaxing. Just felt like a friend was painting your nails real quick but not doing any detailed work and definitely not happy about working on your feet. My cuticles weren't taken care of at all. They're completely crusty.
Valerie always brings my Pinterest board to life! She’s easy to talk to and really takes the time to understand what I’m looking for. I also appreciate how efficient she is. I’m usually in and out within an hour, which is amazing considering the quality of her work. Every appointment is a great experience, and I always leave loving my set.
There’s nowhere else I’d rather be other than my nail tech Dani’s chair. She is absolutely amazing at her craft and I’ve been so impressed with her work each time. I can be a little specific on details and style, but she accommodates for me and always executes my vision. The salon is an intimate spot filled with some great gals, definitely make it your next nail spot!
