Organised over a week in advance, yet was delivered to my fiancés work well after 5pm after she had gone home. I contacted them during their work hours before 4pm to inquire as to why it hadn’t arrived yet, and they didn’t answer the phone to the 2-3 calls at different times. Then tried the online chat, this was so slow then they finally offered to deliver to our home and I agreed, to which they never replied and delivered to the workplace anyway.
