I started listening this year actively. I've know about dab for many years because of my mom. But I have recently committed to it daily or multiple times daily if I miss a day. I can only tell you I've felt so lost this past year, I'd pray and seek God, or what I felt was seeking, but always felt left unheard or with no response because it wasn't what I wanted.
