I was scheduled, and the driver never sjowed, he said he called which he didn't and as a Senior with moving everything I called the woman ( who said she was the owner said she needed to speak to her husband & call me, they did not have the common decency to do so ) I had used them for years, there son had cleaned my carpets, I was told he is mow Military. I am now using Preferred, the owner is so good and also professional.
Daileys does a phenomenal job! I always use them for my carpets and cleaning my air ducts.
They are the best in jackson! They get out the tough stains and are great to work with. Pam is very helpful and friendly.
