I am extremely happy with the care of Dr. Dailey. He takes the time to go over everything to make sure you understand it all - which I think is hard to find these days. Definitely the only ENT doctor to see.

GREAT DR, best i have ever gone too BUT the Albany Hackett Blvd staff that checks you in, right thru the person that schedules your next appointment.......they ALL need an attitude adjustment. Very sour, unfriendly, mean, arrogant bunch. The entire staff should be fired and a new nicer staff hired, wake up Albany Med!!!
