My fascination of the anatomy and complexity of the hepatobiliary tract inspired my direction into transplant and hepatobiliary surgery. I have been practicing for over a decade and joined the division of transplantation and hepatobiliary as a clinical assistant professor with a specialty in multiorgan transplant in 2021. I treat patients for liver cirrhosis, liver cyst, liver cancer, bile duct cancer and gallbladder cancer. he was one of the surgeons for my moms recent liver transplant and my mom ended up surviving despite the extreme risks she had so like yeah. he's cool and all (i'm bad at explaining things, but in summary, he is a really good doctor, and if it wasn't for him my mom would not have survived because of how severe her condition was, so yeah, thats just my experience tho so like 🤷)
Dr. Soma is a fantastic Dr. He goes above and beyond and I can’t even express how grateful I am .
I love Dr. Soma. He did my husband's transplant. He is a very dedicated, smart, easy to talk to and compassioned human being. He saved my husband's life.
