On July 29, 2022, I had an appointment with the company and Mr Brian was to come out to give an estimate. I understand that things do happen, his daughter had car problems and he canceled. The appointment was rescheduled for Monday August 1. Mr Brian did arrive on time and gave an oral estimate and said that he have l to write the estimate and email it to me later. To this date August 4th, I have yet to receive the estimate. We’re talking about $45,000.00, Oral estimate. Apparently they don’t need our business.
