Was forgotten about during the visit because someone got sidetracked, and here it is almost a month and a half past my exam date and I haven't received a call, message, or anything about my glasses, called today and they already left for the day before noon. Single vision, no coating, nothing special, at least a 6 week turn around. I was going to excuse forgetting about me, but I've already paid for a couple hundred dollars worth of glasses and they've apparently forgotten about them. I mean the service was okay. But when it came to picking up the glasses. It’s been over a month. Apparently the color came in the wrong color and they sent them back after telling my fiancé that they were ready for pick up. Unless you wanna wait forever and a half I wouldn’t recommend. He needs his new glasses. Tape all over the sides. And they failed to provide a reasonable date of arrival.
Frames Didn’t fit. Was not measured for them in the first place and went back for the third time and all they would say is you pick the frames? Also I see better out of my old glasses so I just use them. I asked to be called back by the doctor, but this was months ago and she hasn’t called yet.
Can see why the only eye doctor in town has under 3 stars .. had a 11:00 appointment showed up 20 mins early .. at 11:45 only help one person and had 3 people ahead of me . Who has time to wait 2 hours to see eye doctor ?? Joke . Please read reviews before I wish I did
She said I had a retina issue and made an appointment for extensive and expensive appointment. The prescription glasses did not fix my vision. I moved back to Houston and my optometric re-examined me and said the Rx was wrong and that she could find no retina issue. BUT my issue was a cataract. Surgery to remove cataract, new lenses at a fraction of the cost, and my vision is perfect.
