The please is absolutely horrible. I would never deal with them. They take forever to respond. Their associates are lazy and drag everything. Front desk is always away from the phone. April. Kevin doesn't have a single clue what hes doing. As for the lawyer himself, he needs very new at this. Save yourself trouble and go elsewhere.
Unsure where the 5 stars from others come from. But they're the worse law firm yet. 0 communication. Doesn't respond.
In my experience, this law firm was unprofessional, disorganized, and extremely inefficient. Communication was poor, timelines were dragged out unnecessarily, and I felt my time was completely wasted. I would not trust them to act in a client’s best interest.
