Water tank broken flooded the basement. Of course this had to happen on a Saturday night. Contacted Dahms Plumbing and Heating as a new customer. They responded immediately and talked to us through turning off the water. Came out Sunday morning with a new tank and had us up and running in a couple of hours. I'm especially grateful because when I lived elsewhere and had an emergency I could not get anyone to come out on a weekend because I was not an established customer.
