Clean, equipment in good shape, friendly staff, $5 drop in rate during regular hours. Such a change from the previous owners, so many improvements. So happy to have a place to lift when I am visiting Dahlonega. Great for Rainey Days in the mountains too!
The amount of renovation and upgrade this gym has seen since Ray and John became the owners is staggering. You couldn't ask for more.

I had the pleasure of working for the owners for a while. Just within the last year alone, the changes they’ve made have been phenomenal. I’ve never been in cleaner, more organized gym. They take great care of their machines and keep the place as sanitary as possible.There is so much to offer that is included with a membership.
