Had two pieces of custom ductwork made here for my new home hvac system and although it wasn't a rush order they had it completed in 2 days and called me the morning they finished to tell me so. Also the ducts were made exactly how I needed them. Although I did not have shop drawings, I just took a few minutes with Rick the owner, beforehand to draw up and put measurements to the pieces. Very pleased
