They are very rude . The lady who did my manicure was yelling at me because I told her all my nails had bubbles. The owner didn’t even care how their employees treat their customers. Very disappointed

I usually get my nails done by Shirley. I love them every time. Also I like the way my nails are now as well. They did feel rushed. So my nails hurt from how thin they are and how aggressively they were filed. After waiting an hour and ten minutes after my appointment time that I called ahead for I finally was helped. Also upon arrival the new reception guy told me to come back tomorrow this was at 7pm and they close at 9pm. Also I Uber there right after calling and they could have told me before I left and I explained over ... read more

Oh, Dahliana Nails: A Masterclass in How NOT to Run a Business Wow, where do I even start? Dahliana Nails in San Mateo truly exceeded all my expectations—just not in the way you’d hope. I had the pleasure of making an appointment for a mani and pedi, only to be graced with a lovely 30+ minute wait past my scheduled time. Because, of course, my time isn’t nearly as valuable as theirs. Once I was finally seated for my pedicure, I was informed—midway through—by the manager (or someone who’s really good at pretending to be one) ... read more

The service here is horrible. They used to be good, but have lost their professionalism and patience overtime. I took my mom to get a pedicure as a gift — the lady doing her nails was EXTREMELY rude. Told my mom she didn’t have the right toenails for a French tip and refused to a do it if it wasn’t her way or the colors she suggested. My mom asked her if could scrub her heel as there were missing patches. The lady said no because it was “too much work”.

To the lady who did my nails Thursday in booth 3, you really hurt both of my thumbs. You went in too deep with that cuticle trimmer. My thumbs are painful and raw. You guys have to stop cutting into the cuticle like you do and pay attention that thats skin you’re working with not a fake hand. Also, manicure and nail shaping FIRST before dip powder, not last. Attention to detail is a must. If you want my money, you have to do better. All of you. Dont do nails if you don’t care about people’s nail health.
