I called today to schedule a new patient appointment, and my experience was extremely frustrating. The representative, Brie, insulted me multiple times. First, she claimed I didn’t provide my name, even though she never asked for it. Second, she apparently scheduled an appointment for me without informing me and abruptly hung up the phone. This office seriously needs to reevaluate and improve its customer service, especially for staff handling new patient appointments. Dr Saleh is a fabulous dermatologist as she is also beautiful and personable! She removed a few basal carcinoma's from me in the most quick & painless procedure I have ever experienced!
