Beautiful flowers, and love to support local however… today is the second time I had visited where an older woman with long grey hair was working and she had her back turned to the door and when we went in she didn’t even turn around and greet us or say hello, which is what happened last time also. It may sound petty but after working in customer service for many years myself I know you should always greet a customer.
