The menu is comprised of locally sourced, seasonally influenced ingredients, and exhibits fresh flavours of the market. Along with other national accolades, Dahlia Lounge was nominated by the James Beard Association for “Best Restaurant” in 2006 and Diners Choice award 2018, and continues to be the quintessential Seattle restaurant experience.
