I've never had such an experience like this before. The new front office person told me they took my insurance. After a 1.5 hour drive in the heat, I was told they did not take my insurance. The doctor said it would be $2000.00 and some change. I saw the screen where it listed it out. I said I'd still pay out of pocket; he said he'd have his front office people see what Aetna pays. Terrible experience! Gave me conflicting prices; would not tell me what Aetna would pay. When I asked for treatment codes so I could find out, the doctor told the staff he did not want to see me. What? In all of my years, this has never happened. I'd never treat my clients like this. And, I work in healthcare.

Outstanding. Beat care I have ever had. I am 36 and had severe pain and discomfort. Many extractions done. I cannot say enough. Whatever your dental needs are you need to come here and see this team. They are all about the care and comfort of each patient. We come first. Thank you all very much for all of the care yall have given me.

Dr. Dahle quickly evaluated my problem, gave me a few options on how he could resolve it then set up a return appointment for a few days later (so I was not in pain for long) He put me at ease with his fun sense of humor and I was impressed that he called later to check and see how I was doing. His staff is the sweetest ever! They are very pleasant, kind, and thoughtful! Thank you for taking care of me Dr. Dahle and Staff!
