I've never had such an experience like this before. The new front office person told me they took my insurance. After a 1.5 hour drive in the heat, I was told they did not take my insurance. The doctor said it would be $2000.00 and some change. I saw the screen where it listed it out. I said I'd still pay out of pocket; he said he'd have his front office people see what Aetna pays. I've always had out of network dentists and had to pay a small portion, so not 100% covered: I understand this part. Needless to say, they never called me, so I called back and the lady told me I would owe a lion's share of the $2500.00. Wait, how did $500.00 get added on? She said Aetna may pay only a couple hundred dollars; this is incorrect. I called Aetna (one of the best plans), and they do pay, it's just a lower amount. So Aetna told me to get a procedure code and a tooth number, so I called the front office back to get this information and they said Dr. Dahle said I should see a new provider? I am so confused. I work in healthcare as well and I'd never treat a client as such. Incorrect information (lies), rude front staff and then a random release of patient. I only visited them for 20 minutes or so and was ready to pay out of pocket.

Terrible experience! Gave me conflicting prices; would not tell me what Aetna would pay. When I asked for treatment codes so I could find out, the doctor told the staff he did not want to see me. What? In all of my years, this has never happened. I'd never treat my clients like this. And, I work in healthcare.

Dr Ryan Dahle, A SKILLED and COMPASSIONATE Dentist!! Dr Dahle is able to handle a wide array of dental procedures with skill due to excellent training and his desire to provide excellent care. I can recommend him and his staff as a provider of first rate dental service in a caring and compassionate manner. The Sherman, Texas, drawing area is fortunate to have him be such a talented provider of dental services in our community.

I have had dental anxiety my entire life up until meeting Dr. Dahle. I have never met a Doctor so genuinely compassionate about their clients. Every visit has been unlike any dental experience I have ever had. He patiently listened to my concerns, fears, and horror stories from previous work, and then completely customized my treatment per my anxiety, per my breast-feeding, and per my sensitivity. At one point I was nervous to go on with a procedure that was needed and rather than push me into the appointment, he came out himself in the waiting room and talked me through my fears and worries and patiently recommended rescheduling- literally telling me that my comfort was more important than a paycheck. His staff is equally as warm, welcoming, and amazing as he is. It’s like one big family with an atmosphere that is actually enjoyable to be in. If you have been burned by a dentist and scared to go back because you think they are all the same, I assure you, they are not. This dentist will literally have you looking forward to your next visit and make you never want to skip an appointment again. Even my teenager left raving about how amazing the dentist was, which says a lot in itself!
