Great help, real attention on customers.
Only gave them one star because it isn't possible to take away points. Had a reservation, confirmed through the U Haul Express Online system, to pick up a trailer at 5:00 pm Friday. Received a voicemail at 12:20 pm saying that since I hadn't picked up the trailer by noon, they had rented it to someone else. After 7 phone calls by me to various U Hail dispatch centers and Dahlberg Motors, my reservation was restored.
