WOW! Nicole was EXTREMELY rude. I asked her if we could pay them their \$110 to diagnose the unit, then let us know how much the repairs will cost. She said they dont work like that. I asked how she would like to do it. She acked like I was a bother and said "Stop calling here!" Then she hung up on me. WHY on earth would a company not be able to let us know the price for repairs beforehand? I dont know anyone that likes a surprise bill. Maybe she has me confused with someone else.
