We were staying across the street at the hotel due to blizzard conditions on our way home from a family trip and our van wouldn’t start. We walked over after a jumpstart didn’t help and the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant. They towed it right over and worked on figuring out the issues which they did quite quickly even though they were busy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealer for purchasing electric vehicles would not recommend General Motors electric concierges deportment for resolutions or help currently working on a buyback with a hummer EV. Hummer has been out of service since December 2 2025 is January 15, 2026 .call GMC today January 15 2026 without any progress..
