Bad Horrible Experience! The same thing happened to me as the one of the other reviewers. I brought my Omega Seamaster to Dahl's for service. It cost over $400 and the watch was returned with a scratch on the bezel. Additionally, the bracelet wasn't even cleaned. The owner said that the scratch must have been there before I brought it in, because he doesn't do anything near the face. I wear and look at the $2k+ watch every day and would have noticed a huge scratch. I would not recommend them to anyone - EVER.
Very Impressed I inherited my grandfather's antique pocket watch and was told by four different places that it couldn't be repaired. As I continued to search for someone to fix it I was impressed by all the the thank you letters from customers on the Dahl Jewelers website. I took it there, they fixed it and did an appraisal. Excellent job. I was so happy I found them.
Excellent, Reliable Jeweler We had such a great experience with Dahl Jewelers. My daughter and her fiance were having problems with a custom-made engagement ring they bought in another store. They were so pleased with the honest, thoughtful, care they received here and LOVE the ring they had made with the most beautiful diamonds they have ever seen. We all feel really good that we have finally found an expert, reliable jeweler we can trust.
Dahl Jewelers is sloppy I brought him a vintage, physically flawless watch to him for service. I got the watch back with a scratch on it and dust visibly underneath the glass. Afterwards, I researched how much the parts and labor would have cost me elsewhere, and I believe I paid 3 times too much. Not recommended. To top it off, you will find that he has air of arrogant indifference that will test your patience. Go somewhere else!!!
Someone you can trust! This is an established jeweler in Woodbridge. Very capable watch repair and jewelry cleaning services. They have a small but select array of jewelry to choose from. Very trustworthy!
