Very professional. Smiles...I like people who smile. I had my car in their shop to diagnose and repair a problem I was having. I was unaware that so much else was failing unrelated to my problem. Serious problems that would have seriously damaged my car if left unattended to. Buying process is Easy but unless your buying a CHEVY. Avoid shopping with Dahl. I posted this review a year ago, so a year of owning the car I purchased I got engine mounts replaced, transmission, new tires, canister. I have been in the service department every 3 months: my check engine light comes on they claim it nothing is showing “it cleared itself” only to once again push me away.
