It cost me $150 for them to misdiagnosed gnose why the trunk on our CTS4 would not open. Dahl said I needed a new body control module costing another $700. Another dealership fixed it for $171 total. It was broken wires at the trunk lid hinge.
Service was great! Car wash was not working so that was disappointing. People were exceptional, very helpful and accommodating. Answered all my questions!!
