I was scammed so hard that it nearly ruined my life. I spent about $10,000 on a used vehicle (Chevy HHR). 5 days after purchase, the check engine light came on so I drove it back to them to take a look. I overheard the mechanic talk to the dealer I was working with say something about a timing chain. This place is an absolute joke and greedy for their money. All their cars are soon to break down.
If I could go negative I would, billed for more hours of labor than my vehicle was actually there. Service manager had no problem billing for 4.9 labor hours even though vehicle was only there for 3 and had one technician on it for a total of 1.7 hours.

Absolutely LOVE this dealership. After my last dealership experience elsewhere, I was very skeptical about trying another. But I showed up, test drove, signed paperwork, and got a lower payment and interest rate than I thought. The guys I contacted beforehand were even sending replies after hours and personally walked out to the vehicle to check things over for me. When I showed up, it even had a full tank!
