Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
