I called DaGreekSpot to confirm if certain AKA items were in stock before making a 1.5-hour drive from Macon. The man I spoke with refused to tell me what was available, saying that asking about specific items was “micromanaging” them. I was shocked—any reasonable customer would want to confirm availability before traveling that far. Paid for a products on 3/26/2025, was told to come back the next day to pick up @1pm. When I returned the next day, I was told by a different employee that the shirt was not on site but in the guys(owner)car. When I asked why it was in the car and if he would be here on the new time(4pm), she stated she was unsure. I then requested to speak to the guy, he gets on the phone very poor customer service. Purchased some items and needed a bigger size. When I entered the store I was greeted with "that bag is too old" I do live out of state but that was the extent of the exchange. I gave my last name he hit a button or two and told me it was nothing he could do... 30 days. Never again! The customer service here was absolutely horrible, and the owner clearly doesn’t care about customers. I came in hoping to exchange an item that was given to me as a gift just two weeks ago. As the recipient of a gift, I, of course, didn’t have the receipt. I understand the 30-day exchange policy, and I was fine with that, but the employee kept repeating “30 days” over and over while I was explaining my situation.
