Quality I bought of stuff in store is great, but the stuff to order ahead was not. I was told on Tuesday Oct. 7th. I was told it would be done on Saturday Oct. 11th. I went to the store that day and was told it wasn’t ready and that it would be done Wednesday Oct. 15th. I called yesterday before I went and was given the run around about it being done before my homecoming this Saturday. I told the owner I was leaving Friday morning so I would need it today. I’m an Alpha and ordered products on September 2 and it is September 23 and still waiting. What’s more, the items are paid for and I was lied to about the delivery date several times. Last comment… it’s the 26th and still nothing.. I hate when people think they can just take your money and get away with it…

I’m reading the reviews for this store and they are hilarious! My experience was totally different. I visited the store for the first time today to purchase SGRho items. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the owner who answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He was kind, approachable, and very helpful. Although there wasn’t a whole lot of SGRho clothing items, there was a good selection of accessories and everything was excellent quality.The customer service was outstanding!
