Skip this realtor and move to the next. He was always very responsive, but not once did he seem he was in our corner, the buyers realtor did circles around him. He never went to bat, never got us a thing, and we ended up paying extra fee's in the end due to him not bothering to do his research. He just wants your money. Would never do business again.
