For someone who works with mentally ill patients, she is absolutely a rude, out-of-touch, judgmental doctor. She won't provide even a mediocre kind of attention, and let the receptionist to do everything. I am giving only one (1) star because I can't give less.
Dr Kloupar is very understanding and smart,she is a great doctor!
