Dagma provides Yoga, retreats and Sounds Baths classes to our clients for the past 3.5 years. Dagma is charismatic, caring and brings a positive presence. She ensures safety with professionalism with our clients. I strongly recommend Dagmar Dharma Wellness to anyone who is interested in all levels of yoga.
I took the Sound Bath Facilitator training with Dagmar and she was incredible! Her instruction style is friendly, informed, and experiential, and I left feeling competent and confident about hosting my own sound baths in the near future. So happy to have been apart of this training and so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with Dagmar!
I had an amazing experience with Dagmar's soundbath. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in getting this done, to go to her! It was calming and relaxing, it was such a wonderful way to spend our Sunday.
I attended Dagmar's sound bath in a salt room and it was my favourite sound bath to date. I highly recommend signing up for one of these if you get the chance. The salt room is so relaxing and healing, and Dagmar does a wonderful sound bath.
I have been lucky enough to attend two Restorative Yoga and Soundbath Workshops. The first one took me a little while to relax as I didn't know what to expect, in the end I was really beginning to enjoy myself. The Second workshop blew me away I ended up so relaxed falling into a deep sleep. It was an awesome experience. The restorative yoga portion is a great mix of posture flow, breathing and relaxation.
