Great Store and people
I find the owners of the store to be very rude. On the occasions that I visited the store to browse, I encountered instances where I felt unwelcome due to the quality of customer service received. It seemed as though there was a lack of courtesy and professionalism from the owners. As a potential customer, this experience was disappointing and has left me with a negative impression.
Almost 21yrs ago we purchased my wedding band from Larry. Today Billy is taking jewelry to him to be fixed. So happy to see he’s still open. 😉
I had batteries replaced in 4 watches and a gold chain fixed. Excellent service!
