Let me be clear, I believe I have had quality providers at Dagenhart. There have been individuals who have helped me, both in medication and therapy. I cannot trust this belief entirely though, because of a breach of trust and privacy so egregious, I don’t think I can ever go back and truly feel secure. I was suddenly informed that the provider I see will no longer be working at this practice. I was told that I had "received a letter re this on the portal on April 1." On April 1, I received a "billing document" (which is why i didnt look at it) that was only accessible for 24 hours. How incredibly deceitful to disguise the letter as a "billing document" and make it only accessible for 24 hours. I will not be returning to this practice.
This place is all about getting your money. Constant telehealth connection issues and then charging the patient missed appointment fees when they cant get things right. They create more stress than there needs to be.
