Dagenhart appraisal has done 2 appraisals for me- not by choice but he is who the bank offered. The first time was years ago and I remember him being quite rude and his comments were very unprofessional. He also asked for a previous appraisal so he could get the measurements off of it to make his job easier. The bank sent him out to appraise our rental property last month. The reason for 2 star is: an appraiser is hired to appraise a piece of real estate. When the day comes to do the appraisal and you go inside, walking through the home, you would think an appraisal is being completed. Not in my wildest dreams would I have thought that you would declined the job based on the towns people and church people for fear they may get upset if you were to show any repairs needed.
