I LIVED IN ONE OF THEIR APARTMENTS AT 416 68TH ST. THE PLACE WAS FULL OF RATS AND COCKROACHES. THEY SEND AN EXTERMINATOR 3 TIMES AND THEY COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I ASKED THEM FOR THEM TO LET ME GO FROM THE CONTRACT SINCE THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, THEY TOLD ME TO DEAL WITH IT, AND THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT IF I LEAVE BEFORE THE CONTRACT FINISHED I WOULD LOOSE 1 MONTH RENT.
