Daflure's service and support is terrible. Spent over $12,500 for a new system in Aug of 2018. The system failure over the winter and they sent a very unqualified tech. He could not resolve the issue. Next, they sent someone who know what he was doing and fixed issue. Recently, the Trane system failed for the second time in less than a year.
