Well this was the worst storage experience ever and I have had several! First the app didn’t work and then it said payment was past due before I even started and that turned out not to be true after checking with the office. I tried to pay anyway and the payment app didn’t work. BUT the worst was moving in day the only elevator was broken. Could only offload one load using the stairs managed to hurt my back. The manager at the federal way location is amazing, she saved a unit for me, thank God she did, there were no more units available in my size. She is always very helpful and nice. I would recommend this facility.
Very affordable, clean and secure storage units.
