Staff very customer orientated. I was assisted in downloading the app and getting everything on board. TY
Hours are not accurate. I am in the process of trying to get a storage unit. I looked online and went in during business hours on Sunday none was there, they offer a kiosk to be connected to someone so I tried that for about 15 minutes and no one answered. So I took Monday off to go in and get the storage unit I reserved, I called to verify someone would be there and I was told she doesn’t work on Sunday or Monday. Now I am hesitant of actual hours and if I would even be able to access a unit during there scheduled hours. Wi... read more
Very easy process. Great prices compared to other nearby storages. Loved that I didn’t need to speak to anyone, and was able to manage everything through the app!

This is the best STORAGE UNIT place to rent from yet!...... (Just because a Storage establishment wants your business,.... doesn't mean they ALWAYS have your best interest in mind).... "MUCH LIKE AN INSURANCE COMPANY!" This place saved me over $200 a month on a 10x20 storage unit! My old storage was nearly $400 a month!
