I have rented at other storage facilities before but Daffodil is the best. Starting with the friendly staff, security cameras everywhere, modern technology, and the peace of mind of knowing I have access to my belongings with great hours for access, month to month rental at an affordable rate, they deserve a perfect review.
ZERO STARS!!! UPDATE: REACHED OUT (LIKE THEY SUGGESTED IN THEIR REPLY) I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. THIS COMPANY'S REFUSAL TO HELP ME AND THEIR NEGLIGENCE WHEN IT COMES TO THE SAFETY AND SECURITY GORS AGAINST MY RIGHTS. 🙄🙄 I'm going to say this again, customer service does not give a crap. Friendly and capable staff, lots of security, easy access. FAR better than Public Storage where storage units including mine were broken into and lots of belongings stolen.
Rude! Rude! Rude! These people called me a couple weeks ago telling me that my storage unit essentially got tampered with. When I asked about their security footage they pretty much told me it was worthless they had no way of telling who did it even though you have a code to get into the building. I haven't been in the building in months. They want their money every month but they don't want to help you.
