receration We were looking for some old fashion family fun, and thought bowling would be it. The Daffodil has very limited lanes and times for what they call open bowling. It is more set up for league bowlers, and a few time slots on the week-end for birthday party's. I think that they should consider the whole community and have more time available for the open/drop in bowlers.

Nothing special This is a nice place to go if you're looking for somewhere to go bowling. Parking can be a pain sometimes but for the most part this is a good place to just go and relax with some friends and have some food while you're having fun. Nothing really stands out as special about this place though and it's not like you can't have just as much fun at any other bowling alley in the area. PROS: Good lanes CONS: Doesn't stand out as anything special

always underrated I have been to daffodil quite a few times. Those who think there is never any open bowl are sadly incorrect. They offer multiple open bowl sessions every day. Yes, some of the time slots are shorter in The fall and winter months because of leagues, but that is prime bowling season. During the summer they offer a kids bowl free deal where a child age 14 and under gets 2 free games EVERY Day during their summer break. Daffodil...Daffonite Fun! Great! The staff are friendly and efficient! They have the best breakfast in town for a great price! The breakfast specials are always good. This is a local, family owned business that is really busy during the winter months, so plan ahead if you are not a "regular" customer. Open bowling hours are on their site. Hard to find open bowl I like going to Daffodil Bowl....when they have time for open bowl. It seems like the last few times my family and I have wanted to go, they were only letting league bowlers bowl. If you want to take your family, you basically have to go during the day in the middle of the week, which isn't very convenient. Thank goodness there is a new no smoking law in WA because it used to be one of the worst places to go, in that aspect. Otherwise, it's a fun place, but it's just like any other bowling alley. Not the kind of place to stop by This place doesn't seem to have open bowling at all, you always have to book lanes a month in advance (I'm talking about evenings and weekends) - and booking where - in this small, shabby, unattractive place?! You might think, yeah, it's one of those "What should we do tonight, oh, let's go bowl, there's a place around the corner" places. new to area Hey we read the reviews and called ahead to make reservations and we were all nicely surprised at how nice we were treated and got right on at our time, Thanks Daffodil staff PS: food was very good

league Alex, league bowling is a business thing. leagues are there because you know they're gonna spend money there. its a business thing. a bowling center would rather have a league every night than have open bowling and have a high risk of losing money. thats the story behind leagues at any bowling center.
