****** and her team are absolute professionals. They are great communicators and really have their systems in place to deliver awesome services! I love that their technicians receive weekly continuing training and education, so they are always able to recommend the best solution to a problem!

The technician that was sent over pulled part of the air conditioner system and then reinstalled it improperly, causing the fan to hit the casing. They also didn't secure the capacitor they replaced, so it fell into the fan as well, resulting in the fan motor burning out. When they came back out they refused to do anything besides give us a discount on the now $300+ repair. The capacitor they installed is a $12 part through any retailer and they charged $75 for it.

Daffan sold us an expensive Energy Star system in Dec 2018 with promises of tax savings. Unfortunately those tax savings opportunities expired in tax year 2016. We built our house new in 2004 and needed to replace end of life zoned Trane system in 2018. Living side of house was 3 ton. Kid's bedroom side of house was 2 ton. We were told that we could get the same cooling results and save lots of money by installing a 4 ton Lennox system in the middle of the house. With rebates the system cost a net of $16k. This business is founded on honesty and Christian beliefs. Their customer service is above all other. First time customer and they sent a Technician out that night which happened to be Sat night at 9pm. My elderly mother and widow living alone called and they came that night and fixed her A.C. They had a "widow program" which helped her with the cost also. I cant say enough about this company and our service tech Cooper D***!!
