I was pleased with the way my hair when I left, but being in the salon was not an enjoyable experience. For an $80 wash and blow out I expected at least to be offered a glass of water (especially when having a coughing fit). I ended up going to the bathroom and drinking water from the tap. Most notably, I was there for a very long time. Be warned the timing is like a recipe (total time: 2.5 hours | active time: 45 minutes). I am currently going through something tragic in my life, and I haven’t been taking care of my hair the way I normally do and for some reason today I just felt like getting a Dominican blowout and getting my hair done. The store hours are incorrect!!!
I’ve come here a few times now and I always always love how they do my hair. Only thing I would say is they usually are always late to arrive to the salon ranging from 1-3 hours late,it gets very frustrating to wait so long for them but I haven’t experienced any damage coming here and I have natural curly hair. The older woman who is there is literally the cutest thing ever! I was cold in there so she gave me a towel to put on my legs lol!
