Worked with Emma and Mae in 2022 and they gave us drawings that, when our contractor looked at them, he asked “did they even come by your house?” The drawings were very wrong (three bays instead of two, which were visible), they asked us to pay to have them redone correctly, and they gave us very little information. They were not able to find any information about our foundation and recommended we redo the entire foundation to double it. Needless to say, that was an extremely expensive quote that ended up killing our project... read more
Joshua was the structural engineer for our project who is both very skilled and approachable ! Overall a great experience.
