We waited over a year to do this review in hopes of a turnaround somehow or some way. Clearly, we should have known better. This was our 3rd home and by far the worse experience. I won’t go into the ins and outs of this experience, including not having a front door on the day of closing, having no AC upstairs in the dead of summer, no shower rods, no glass shower door, dishonesty from the builders, incomplete projects even as I type this review and a 1-year walk thru that has never occurred. We used Daedalus to build our house in Charlotte. Our experience building the house with Ryan was great and we had the ability to customize the house. The issues start after closing. It took several months to get any work done after closing. We have been in our house for 2 years and our water heater has gone out. Because all of his work is done through contractors, it’s hard to get anyone to service their work. We’ve had to get a third party to service our water heater that needs to be replaced. Very difficult to deal with once you close on the home. We are a almost a year after our closing and still trying to work on punch list items.
