He did came on same day even though it was raining. Brian is the best. Not cheap but definitely worth it
I was out of town, but service was done promptly and fairly. I haven't seen the bill, but based on prior service, know it will be fair. I highly recommend them. Addendum: The good news is that they came quickly. The bad news is they tried to charge $450 for freon and $185 for an inexpensive capacitor. Initially billed over $700, but when son-in-law complained, lowered the price to $485. I won't use their service in the future.
My A/C unit stopped working during an extreme heat day the Saturday before Labor Day. The company I had signed up for a maintenance agreement 6 weeks prior could not get anyone out to me until the following day so I called Dad’s and they came out that evening. They pulled all of the sides off from around the unit and they were filthy. The other company said they cleaned them which clearly they did not. They tested everything out. Fair price. Friendly service. Was able to make it out the next day to get my air up and running again on a 100+ degree day! Thanks Dan’s heating and cooling. Will use you again for future needs.
My compressor blew and instead of replacing it the salesman up sold me on replacing the whole outdoor unit, lines, and A coil. ~3500$ in parts. I was charged $8500. I was told they’d have it in same day. It cost 8k and did not work when they left the first day so they came back the next day and it still didn’t work so they came back and finally got it working after 3 days in the summer with no AC.
