Dustin has done periodic checkups on our A/C for the last 4-5 years. During the visits he was patient, informative, and professional mainly emphasizing the importance of frequent filter replacements. DADS was recommended to us by a friend the first time we had an issue with our A/C, about 7 years ago. Dustin came out right away, told us what the issue was and what our options were. Yesterday, it was like deja vou. Friendly, fast service, up front about the issue, options, and pricing. Highly recommend DADS.

Our property management had DADS contact me yesterday because of an issue with another company that left us with no AC. The temp in my house was 88 degrees. Dustin called me the same day and came out this morning! He was professional, punctual, and most importantly, our AC is working now! In this heat, it's hard to find quality companies that are able to get out so quickly. Thanks, Dustin!
