Had my emissions tested here the last five years, they've always been great. I drive across town to come here. Just now for no reason the man just refused to test my car. It's an ugly car, and noisy, but it's always been that way and it has nothing to do with the emissions. Couple days ago I bought it here and the man couldn't test it because it needed some minor work. Had the work done, brought it back today, and this guy just looks at me and goes "no.
