I hired DAD’s Construction to remodel my bathroom because of their design process. Unlike other company’s I talked to, DAD’s (Dan – the owner and general contractor) personally wrote down everything I wanted along with suggestions (design elements), provided professional drawings, and a very detailed estimate before I was committed to the remodel. I am very happy about my choice to hire Dan for the bathroom remodel. He and Matt are a great team, a pleasure to work with, and the bathroom came out beautifully. They installed steam shower, floor heaters, new piping, essentially completely overhauled the bathroom area. Besides the beautiful look, their installation is of a very high quality, and a lot of it is hidden behind the walls and panels. Dan and his team have been great to work with this past year. Dan did a bathroom floor heating job with us using cable and prodeso uncoupling membrane, he was very detail oriented from start to finish to assure everything went well on the project for his cutomers.
We met with Dan & Lori of Dad’s Construction to discuss bathroom remodeling. Having lived in our home in Orange for over 35 years, raising a family (and pets), and dealing with a couple of unwelcomed water leak issues, it was time to take a step forward. Dan has repaired, replaced, improved, many existing areas of our home that we’ve not been able to address previously. We now have hot water throughout, all outlets work, outside fixtures have been repaired, and the roof no longer leaks.
