Don't plan on Dads fixing your car if their equipment breaks it and it's more than 5yrs old. They broke my grill and scratched the paint and 1 headlight and they said they only fix their mistake if your car is 5yrs or newer. THANKS DADS! Top notch company. Not
been using it to get the truck cleaned about 4 times per week since Jan. I for the record have had the truck in there many times with no issues. The car wash is OK but many times there is tons of dirt left in the wheel wells back of the cab and bed and rims. They have added drying the interior door jambs which is nice. New ownership = Worst. Detail. EVER. I’ve been going to Dad’s for my car details for many years. When Phil was there, Dad’s always did a very nice job. Today was the 1st time I had my car detailed under the new ownership and it will most certainly be my last time. The floors between the front seats clearly hadn’t been vacuumed; I could easily see crumbs, hair, etc... SCRATCHES ON YOUR DIRTY CAR -- they use a machine brush wash that seems designed specifically to damage cars without actually cleaning them. Scratched the side view mirror on my brand new car, less than 2k miles. Then the manager argued with me, stating that he could not be sure that his machine scratched my car. Let's start by saying that cars and trucks,SUVs are much larger than used to be. With that being said it is no reason for my back window on a standard f150 and center of front window on standard explorer not to get dried, ever, not one time on the f150 has it been dried.
