They need new vacuums, they have zero suction.
This is what my car looked like after going through the car wash. Worst car wash I have ever been to. The drivers side of the car was barely even touched it looks like.
Not happy with the service provided and I honestly would like a refund. Came in today 03/06/26 for a wash. I purchased the highest quality wash available at $25. The car wasn't clean afterwards They briefly stopped the line mid wash. Also the sweepers have poor suction, some of the hoses have electrical tape on them. Had to move spots to finish.
The equipment is way too aggressive. It tore up my front of my bumper, and I have scratches all down the side of my brand new car.
I have a monthly pass for two cars. 3 times in the past week, I've gone out of my way to get my car washed and there's a sign blocking the entrance stating "closed for maintenance" in the middle of the afternoon. Maybe do that when you're closed? Looking into other options currently. No point in getting a monthly pass if they're close when I'm available.
