John Leo. Your payment was due at DADS. You called and asked if you could pay it the next day. We said OK. The next day you didn't pay or call. And the next day, and the next day. You didn't return any of our phone messages. We tracked your vehicle and shut it down. We get a call from a dealership, asking for your pay-off. You NEVER called us to communicate that you were trying to trade in OUR vehicle. Dad's used car place is a a**hole of a place to get a car. They cheat you and they shady. They rip you off. They old lady that runs it has a nasty additude and don't know how to conduct business. The vehicles are lemons and my suggestion is to stay away.
Lease a car 5 years ago never had problem with the car. Treat with respect and was giving excellent customers service at all times. Lease another car this year no problem. Thanks to Dads I have a Dependable car that I can afford. The husband and wife are real good people.
